Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

As a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Penney is committed to practicing with care and compassion.  Dr. Penney is board certified in Ob/Gyn and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Dr. Penney's special medical interests include minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgery, total laparoscopic hysterectomy, high-risk and routine obstetrics, pelvic-pain and natural/alternative medicine.

Dr. Penney received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Medical Degree from Finch University of Health Sciences of the Chicago Medical School.  Dr. Penney completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.  He has been in private practice since 2004, joining the staff of LifeTime OB/GYN in July 2008.
